This helps us understand all aspects of our clients business and be able to work out solutions that encompass all areas of operations as required, rather than stand alone piece meal improvements in any one area. Equally important, if any one of us gets constrained due to any reason, the other two continue on his work so that there are no disruptions to our clients. This is an important consideration for clients as they are sometimes concerned as to what would happen if the person they are working with cannot be there for a few days due to any reason. Besides our core team, continuous guidance and support is from a panel of industry experts, who give their key inputs at strategy level.

Sathyanarayana Raghunathan has overall 25 yrs experience with about 16+ years experience in Core-IT  development and Quality Assurance in organizations like Syntel, MBT (now Tech Mahindra), HCL Perot and earlier 8+ years in EDP/MIS in Mnfg/Trdg industry in India and abroad. He led 100+ member teams develop and deploy applications at client sites. As part of the QA function Sathya has managed teams of SQA managers and SQA members managing the entire QA operations at centre level. He has also extensively trained more than 2000 people on project management, SDLC and quality. Sathya holds a BSc, PGDSM and is currently pursuing his eMBA.

Dhyanesh Shah has overall 20 yrs experience in Capital Markets operations and as Business Analyst in Information Technology. He has worked with organizations in IT and Financial spheres viz. NSEIT, TCS, TCG (Golden Source), Investmart India Ltd, UTI Securities and Hexaware. Dhyanesh brings with him a detailed knowledge and understanding of capital markets operations of India and the USA. He also conducts specialized domain training on capital markets for various IT companies. Dhyanesh holds a B.E (Electronics) from the Univ. of Mumbai and an M. M. S (Finance) from NMIMS, Univ. of Mumbai.

Rupal Fadia has overall 18 years of experience in development, quality and training. He has worked in the manufacturing and IT industry in frontline organizations like TCS and Syntel in various capacities in development and Quality Assurance in India and abroad. As a Sr. Manager-Quality Assurance, Rupal has handled teams of QA professionals and has been responsible for entire QA operations, SEPG/Metrics and ISO/CMMI certifications at center and organization level. Rupal holds a B.E (Electrical) from the Univ. of Mumbai and an M. Tech (Electrical) from IIT Kharagpur.
